Hours of Operation:
THE LINC operates Monday through Friday.
THE LINC Dispatch office for reservations is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

Rider Conduct/Policies:
Riders must call, at least a day - up to four weeks in advance, to schedule a ride on the system.
No riders under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal age.
All children under the age of 14 may ride the system at no charge.
Riders must provide a child seat if transporting a child weighing less than 40 pounds.
No smoking allowed on any of the vehicles.
Riders must fill out a rider information sheet to register to use the system.
THE LINC is available to all residents of Lincoln County regardless of age or income.

How the system works:
A dispatched vehicle is available to transport riders that cannot use the fixed route.
A wheelchair lift equipped vehicle is available.
Call the dispatch office (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m.) and let the trained personnel determine the best way to get you to your destination and back home.

THE LINC provides public transportation for all residents of Lincoln County regardless of age or income.

OUT OF COUNTY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

THE LINC began operations July 1, 2003 for out of county medical transportation.  THE LINC will transport Lincoln County residents to destinations outside Lincoln County for medical appointments.

The medical transportation is available  Wednesday and Friday.

The following guidelines are in place for out of county medical transportation:

THE LINC will provide transportation to Pike, Montgomery, Warren, St. Charles and St. Louis Counties and St. Louis City.
Fares are $10.00 a round trip.
Patients must not be eligible for Medicaid transportation.
One week advance notice is required (all others will be accommodated only as space permits).
Non-emergency medical transportation only.
